At the invitation of the Global Warming Policy Foundation, American climatologist Judith Curry has explained to the UK House of Lords, the political state of play in Washington with climate issues. Extract: "How should we respond to the threat of climate change given the uncertainties:
There is increasing evidence that the threat from global warming is overstated
However, if the threat is not overstated, there are major shortfalls in current and proposed solutions.
"My concern is that we have oversimplified the climate change problem and its solutions."
