Nored Canadian climatologist Dr Tim Ball has produced an illustrated paper entitled "Polar Bear Propaganda - A Useful Tool for the Promotion of Environmental Hysteria and Poiliticized Science". He quotes Nobel Physicist Richard Feynman who said, “Reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled. Polar bears have successfully adapted to nature for eons before civilization began. That must be the basis for policy, not data severely limited and distorted by emotional, anthropomorphic, political agendas presented under the guise of the precautionary principle."
