"Climate sensitivity" is a term widely bandied about in discussions about the possibility of "global warming". In this paper, Dr Vincent Gray, of Wellington, New Zealand, who has been an expert reviewer of every Assessment Report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), explains the term, and how he arrives at his conclusion: "It is surely evident that the estimates of climate sensitivity given by the IPCC are grossly exaggerated. The true figure is most probably near to that which is already assumed by weather forecaster meteorologists, neglibly low."
